  We ordered a Kamado Joe Grill and it came to my home with a chip in the ceramic exterior, spider cracks all around the chipped area and missing main parts, such as the chimney and handles. You would think after receiving a high end grill in such bad condition the return policy would be simple and streamlined, but sadly this is not the story of a responsible retailer, this is a story of a negligent one. Nearly, 3 months of going back and forth with Patio Sites to return a sub-par product and instead of a resolve I was met with non-apologetic, negligent, and a completely irresponsible staff. The grill weighs 200 lbs. I had to hire movers to place the grill in a specific box for shipping and order the proper straps, which in total cost over $300. After all the nonsense, time wasting and lack of resolve, Patio Sites finally issued a refund. Then they proceed to tell me I can keep the grill with a crack in the ceramic exterior and missing parts, since they do not want to incur the fees for pick up. I have all the emails from them, which tell me to keep it, dump it or sell it. Wow, how generous of Patio Sites. Please save your time, money and sanity; order somewhere else. As a business owner I would never treat my clients in the manner in which they treated me.

  We ordered a rotisserie for our Bull outdoor grill. The grill is located at a second home (cottage) that we purchased the rotisserie for. The rotisserie was not the right size for the grill. After bringing the rotisserie home to return the item we apparently exceeded the the 15 day return date. 15 days for a return is unheard of especially when a customer has to go through days of red tape to find out how to return the item. VERY POOR customer service. Very poor return policy. Patio sites was not even willing to exchange the item. We are out $150 and change. Suggestion: send return labels and proper receipts with packaging, so a customer has a chance to return items within your ridiculous return policy. Very poor customer service. Never again will I order from Patio Sites.
