  This so called at&t needs to be shut down. If you want first class customer service step right up. We bought two iphone x’s from this jerk offs and we clearly told them that we don’t need a sim card for them and sure enough this incompetent f-ks screwed up but also wasted my time as well. And the bald freak of a manager takes the employee’s side. What an a-hole. I’m switching all my line to t-mobile or verizon. I was a customer for 9+ years and they just showed their true color. PEOPLE DO NOT SIGN FOR AT&t .THIS S.O.Bs DO NOT KNOW WHAT CUSTOMER SERVICE IS ALL ABOUT.
